This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through the Inner Harmony Wellness website, operated by JBEC Investments LLC, Denton, Texas.

By purchasing from this website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.

Digital products include, but are not limited to:
• Downloadable devotionals
• Digital journals
• Courses
• Templates
• Guides
• Any electronically delivered content

Once a digital product has been purchased and delivered, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be provided.

If you experience technical difficulties accessing your purchase, please contact us at hello@innerharmonywellness.store, and we will make reasonable efforts to assist you.

2. Physical Products

Physical products may be eligible for return under the following conditions:

• A return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
• The item must be unused and in its original condition.
• The item must be returned in its original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.

If a product arrives damaged, you must contact us within 5 days of delivery and provide photographic evidence of the damage.

3. Non Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Digital products
• Opened or used physical products
• Customized or personalized items
• Items marked as final sale

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds for physical products will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Refund timing may vary depending on your financial institution.

5. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback and provide evidence of this Refund Policy and proof of delivery.
